Refund policy
At Dazzler USA, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are food items, we generally cannot accept returns once an order has been shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@dazzlerusa.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
We do not offer refunds for opened products, taste preferences, or delays caused by carriers once the order has shipped.
