Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States (contiguous U.S.). See “Exceptions” below for AK/HI, U.S. territories, APO/FPO.
Shipping rates

Free shipping on orders $25+ (after discounts, before tax).

$5.99 flat rate on orders under $25.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery time
Standard delivery typically arrives in 3–6 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier volume.
Carriers & tracking
We ship via trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your label is created.
Address changes & order edits
If you need to update your shipping address or modify/cancel an order, contact us ASAP. We’ll do our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed once an order is processing or shipped.
Delivery issues (lost/damaged)
If your package is marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan with your order number and photos (for damage). We’ll help investigate and make it right.

PO Boxes: Eligible for USPS delivery only.

Weather/holiday delays: Carrier or seasonal delays are outside our control.
